Where you’ll make an impact

As an Associate Account Manager at equipifi, you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer relationships - helping their consumers fully adopt the equipifi platform. You’ll support customers after they launch on our platform, helping them maximize value from equipifi while building trust through thoughtful check‑ins, performance insights, and proactive communication. Outcomes

You’ll Own Customer Activation & Adoption

You’ll help customers move from launch to value by supporting onboarding activities, driving platform adoption, and encouraging consumer engagement. Through regular check‑ins and performance reviews, you’ll help customers understand how equipifi fits into their goals - and spot opportunities to increase usage and impact across their organization.

Trusted Client Relationships

You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts, becoming a reliable point of contact for day‑to‑day needs. By keeping a close pulse on sentiment, performance, and risks, you’ll help ensure customers feel supported, heard, and confident in their partnership with equipifi.

Engagement, Retention & Optimization Support

You’ll support ongoing customer engagement by tracking account performance, reviewing support tickets, and assisting with optimization plans. Working closely with your leader and cross‑functional teams, you’ll help guide accounts toward renewal‑ready outcomes and contribute to high customer satisfaction, retention, and long‑term success.

What you bring to equipifi
  • Customer‑facing experience is a strong bonus, but not required. If you’ve been dreaming about building the right career in account management and you love helping people thrive, this is a great place to start.
  • Familiarity with banking, credit unions, fintech, or financial services (extra gold star if you have lending experience)
  • A customer‑first mindset: you read the room well, ask thoughtful questions, and people genuinely like working with you
  • Clear, confident communication skills - whether you’re leading a call, sending a follow‑up, or translating “customer speak” for internal teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (you notice when something’s off… and you fix it)
  • A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn - you’re excited to master the equipifi platform and help customers get real value from it
  • You’re fearless in tackling new tools and systems (CRM experience like Hub Spot or Salesforce is great, but we can teach you the rest and you’re quick to dive in)
  • A collaborative, positive attitude - you believe great customer experiences are built together, not alone
