Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Client Service Associate to support client interactions, account coordination, and service delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Coordinate service scheduling and follow up on client needs.
- Monitor client satisfaction and escape concerns when necessary.
- Support internal teams in delivering services efficiently.
- Prepare reports and summaries related to client accounts.
- Maintain professional and timely communication.
- High school diploma required;
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
