Retention Support

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Job Summary

The Retention Support specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will work directly with clients to manage inquiries and resolve issues, while employing effective retention strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

Day-to-Day Duties
  • Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests professionally and promptly.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and create proactive retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and proactively prevent churn.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and propose innovative solutions to enhance retention efforts.
Must-Haves
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant degree is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and adapt to new technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Previous experience in a customer support or retention role, ideally within the Fin Tech sector.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and customer insights.
  • Knowledge of credit processing and Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) is a plus.
