Customer Service Rep, HelpDesk/Support
Sleepyhead is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support both our customer service and returns operations. This hybrid role includes in-office customer support at our Old Town Scottsdale headquarters and hands-on order and returns processing at our Tempe return center.

This part-time, dual-location role supports both our customer experience team and our operations team. The position includes:
- 2 days per week providing customer service support at our Old Town Scottsdale office
- 2 days per week assisting with order fulfillment and returns processing at our Tempe return center
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, customer interaction, and hands-on operational work.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service (Scottsdale Office)- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and support platforms
- Monitor and respond to Amazon customer comments and reviews
- Assist customers with order questions, product information, shipping updates, and issue resolution
- Manage customer interactions and support tickets through Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central
- Maintain strong product and policy knowledge to ensure accurate customer support
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Process and inspect returned products
- Issue refunds or replacements according to company policies
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing replacement or resale orders
- Label and prepare packages for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Assist with additional warehouse or operations tasks as needed
- Previous customer service or e-commerce experience preferred
- Experience with Shopify, or Amazon Seller Central is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to problem-solve and remain professional in customer-facing situations
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work in person at both Scottsdale and Tempe locations
- Part-Time: 25–30 hours per week
- 2 days/week: Old Town Scottsdale Office
- 2 days/week: Tempe Return Center
- Pay: $25.00 per hour
- In-person role at both locations
