Customer Service Associate
Location:North Scottsdale
Schedule:Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (On-Site)
Compensation:$55,000 annually + Full Benefits

Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping customers and keeping operations running smoothly? A growing North Scottsdale company is seeking a Customer Service Associate to serve as the first point of contact for customers while providing essential administrative support to the team.

What You’ll Do

As the Customer Service Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive prompt, professional assistance while supporting day-to-day administrative operations.

Customer Service Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and live chats with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Respond to customer questions regarding products, services, and orders.
  • Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Enter and manage customer orders, returns, and billing information with a high level of accuracy.
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Process bills of lading and verify receipt of all shipping documents.
  • Review shipping labels for accuracy prior to production.
  • Distribute Shopify inventory reports to appropriate team members.
  • Process customs documentation and match invoices to customer orders.
  • Receive deliveries and notify the appropriate internal contacts.
  • Create UPS shipping labels and support outbound shipments.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with File Maker database software is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
