Assist with supervision of front-end operations, monitor and direct customer traffic flow, coverage of checkout lanes, cleanliness and appearance.;
Ensure compliance with front-end policies and procedures including promotions, scan accuracy, WIC, restricted sales, dress code, coupon policy, and safety.;
May complete reconciliation processes including balancing cash drawers, safe, and deposits; bookkeeping tasks and daily deposit preparation.;
Maintain and report daily/weekly sales information to the division office.;
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints when necessary.
