Jet Aviation is seeking a Customer Service Agent to be the friendly face for passengers and crew from arrival to departure at our FBO. You will handle service requests, questions, feedback and ensure a seamless, engaging experience.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in an FBO or customer service role, HS diploma or GED, excellent communication in English, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Eligibility for an Airport within 30 days is required.
