About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Yoga Studio Administrator / Studio Manager to support our growing wellness technology platform.
This role is ideal for someone with experience working in a yoga studio who enjoys helping studio owners learn new technology and improve their daily operations.
Responsibilities- Conduct online product demonstrations for prospective customers
- Help new customers set up and launch their accounts
- Provide basic customer support via phone, Zoom, email, and chat
- Assist customers with setting up classes, instructors, memberships, schedules, and events
- Answer general product questions and troubleshoot basic issues
- Gather customer feedback and share product improvement ideas
- Follow up with prospective customers after demonstrations
- Experience working in a yoga studio or wellness business
- Previous experience as a Studio Manager, Studio Administrator, Front Desk Coordinator, or similar role preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable learning and demonstrating new software
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Must be based in the Phoenix metro area and able to visit the office approximately 4 hours per week
