Description:

• Position function is as primary resource in handling customer contacts via telephone ranging from routine to complex.
• Delivers the highest quality customer service through the execution of responsiveness reliability, assurance/confidence, empathy, and professional impact on every customer interaction in a fast-paced pharmacy call center.
• PRIMARY SKILL NEEDED:
  Recent in & outbound call center experience, even more important than Pharm Tech experience.

• Attendance reliability is critical
• Ability to express assurance/confidence
• Ability to express empathy & professionalism
• Must show team-oriented, customer service focus
• Ability to identify process improvements highly desirable
• Must be self-directed
• Must have the ability to apply knowledge and skills learned in training
• PC skills in Windows-based applications needed
• Advanced verbal/written communication skills necessary
• Adaptable to change

Training license with the expectation to be fully licensed within 1 year from hire date.
