PURE Insurance in Scottsdale is seeking an Associate Member Advocate to join our claims team. This full-time, hybrid role begins with a comprehensive onboarding program and licensure support to help you serve members during difficult times.
You will deliver exceptional customer service, handle follow-ups on auto claims, apply coverage, set reserves, and bring claims to resolution. You’ll also respond to member and agent inquiries by phone, email and mail to make it easy for them to work with us.
