Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a Front Desk Specialist to be the first contact for guests from check-in to check-out. You will handle folio transactions, cash handling, and basic reporting while ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
You will support the Marketing Face-to-Face team during check-in, assist with room assignments, and act as a technical and service expert in the business center, including Wi-Fi access, to leave guests with a great first and last impression.
