Dayton Roger's is a leading company in the contract industry, providing exceptional services to our clients for over 20 years. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Call Center Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building rapport and relationships with customers
• Utilize company software to enter and update customer information and orders
• Follow up on customer interactions and ensure all inquiries are resolved and documented
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
