• Supporttheboutiqueteamwithappointmentpreparation,client entertainment,product presentation,gift wrapping,andfoodandbeverageservice.

• Assistwithpreparingtheboutiqueforclientappointmentsandcreatinganelevatedexperience.

• Helpmanageboutiquetraffic,appointments,andclientflow.

• Assistwithclientservicerequests,includingwatchsizing,strap changes,complimentary cleaning,engraving,embossing,andotherpersonalizationservices.

• Assistclientswithpersonalizedrequestssuchasrestaurantreservations,directions,entertainment recommendations,floral orders,andotherconcierge-style services.

• Supportincomingphonecalls,messages,and appointment-setting inquiries.

• Maintaintheorganizationandpresentationofclient-facing areas,wraprooms,andhospitalityspaces.

• Replenishsuppliesandmaintainorganizedsalesandhospitalityareas.

• Assistwithboutiqueopeningandclosingprocedures.

• Partnerwiththeoperationsteamtomaintainsuppliesandnon-sellableinventory.

• Supportspecialprojectsandotherboutiqueneedsasassigned.

• Followallsecurity,operational,andservicestandards.

• Workcollaborativelywithsalesassociates,management,andoperationstocreateaseamlessclientexperience.

• Previousexperiencein
  luxury retail,hospitality,upscale restaurants,hotels,customer service,oranotherhigh-touchserviceenvironment
  is preferred.

• Apolished,approachable,andprofessionalpresence.

• Exceptionalinterpersonalandcommunicationskills.

• Strongattentiontodetailandorganizationalskills.

• Abilitytomultitaskandremaincomposedinafast-paced environment.

• Strongcomputerandtechnologyskills.

• Microsoft Officeexperiencerequired;

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
