Insight Global is seeking compassionate and customer-focused Retiree Advocates to support a leading healthcare navigation and advocacy organization. This company is dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes and satisfaction for retirees by providing expert guidance and personalized support. As a Retiree Advocate, you will serve as a trusted resource for members, helping them navigate healthcare benefits, resolve concerns, and access the services they need.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting members via inbound phone calls.
• Answer questions related to healthcare benefits, coverage, and member services.
• Investigate and resolve member issues and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.

• Make a direct impact on retirees' healthcare experiences.
• Work with a team of healthcare and advocacy professionals.
• Gain valuable experience in Medicare, healthcare navigation, and member advocacy.

Schedule
: 8:00am-5pm (local time)-hybrid two days a week during off season (April-September)
