In addition to the $20 or $21 per hour, you'll have the opportunity to earn monthly performance bonuses:

• Up to $125/month Speed to Answer Bonus
• Additional $1/hr Quality & Call Performance Bonus

That's up to an additional $300 per month in bonus opportunities on top of your regular pay.

• Assist customers with general questions
• Accurately document customer interactions

• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems

• Call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply
