We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and organized team member to join our practice as a combined Dental Assistant and Front Office Coordinator. This role supports both clinical procedures and front desk operations to ensure excellent patient care and smooth daily workflow.

• Assist dentist during procedures
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
• Take digital X-rays (if certified)
• Update patient charts and medical histories
• Provide post-op and oral hygiene instructions
• Maintain OSHA and infection control standards

• Greet and check in patients
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance and explain treatment plans
• Collect payments and process claims
  
  Manage patient records and recall system

• Dental assisting experience preferred
• X-ray certification (if required by state)
• CPR/BLS certification
• Knowledge of dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Professional and positive attitude
