Holistic Dental Hygienist - RDH | East Mesa / Gilbert (85212)

Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 7:00am–5:00pm

Our practice is built on listening, collaboration, and education, with the time and support needed to truly care for our patients.

You’ll serve as both a skilled clinician and trusted educator, helping patients understand how oral health connects to overall wellness.

• Delivering exceptional, patient-centered hygiene care
• Providing thoughtful, compassionate patient education
• General Hygiene responsibilities
• Collaborating with the doctor on treatment planning
• Supporting hygiene recall systems
• Assisting with clinical flow as needed
• Participating in team meetings and occasional office initiatives

• Graduate of an ADA-approved Dental Hygiene program
• State Board Certified
• Current X-ray, CPR, and Anesthetic certifications
• 1–2 years of experience preferred, but not required
• Holistic experience is a plus, but training and mentorship are available

• Pay Range: $45–$55 per hour, based on experience and fit
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00am–5:00pm
• Full-time, in-person position
