• Work with cutting-edge technology in a patient-centered, team-oriented environment
• Engage directly with skilled endodontists, expanding your expertise in root canal therapy
• Contribute to quality care and patient comfort in a supportive, fast-paced setting

• Provide chairside assistance during endodontic procedures including root canals, retreatments, and apicoectomies
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments and materials are ready for procedures
• Take digital radiographs and CBCT scans
• Assist with patient management, including explaining post-operative instructions
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols
• Prepare and break down operatories between patients efficiently
• Document treatment notes and maintain accurate patient records
• Support patient comfort and manage anxiety during procedures
• Prepare and manage endodontic instruments, including rotary files
• Provide patient anxiety management and chairside support

• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a compassionate demeanor
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

• Hourly pay range: $16 - $26 per hour
