We are seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator with exceptional interpersonal skills, adept at presenting and explaining comprehensive treatment plans and financial arrangements. This role is crucial in guiding patients through their treatment options, including Invisalign, ensuring clarity and comfort in their decision-making process.

• Present and explain dental treatment plans, including Invisalign
• Review insurance benefits and discuss payment options
• Schedule treatment and follow up on pending cases
• Use Dentrix software for patient records, treatment plans, and scheduling
• Work closely with doctors, assistants, and the front desk
• Answer patient questions with confidence, empathy, and a positive attitude

• Previous dental office experience required
• Dentrix software experience required
• Treatment coordinator experience required
• Invisalign experience or knowledge is a big plus
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfortable discussing finances and insurance
