• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and empathy
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Handle multi-line phone system and patient inquiries
• Verify insurance eligibility and communicate benefits to patients
• Process payments, co-pays, and outstanding balances accurately
• Maintain and update patient records using dental practice management software
• Coordinate with clinical team to optimize patient flow and reduce wait times

• Minimum 3 years of dental reception or front-desk experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with dental practice management systems and office technology
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
• Professional demeanor and a collaborative team attitude

• Flexible schedule:
  Monday through Saturday (rotational shifts)
• Competitive hourly rate: $16–24 per hour, commensurate with experience
