You’ll be the first impression of our practice and a key part of the patient experience:

• Schedule appointments efficiently
• Check patients in and out with confidence
• Prepare and present treatment plans
• Verify insurance and clearly explain benefits
• Take accurate notes and maintain organized records
• Work closely with doctors and the clinical team to keep the day flowing smoothly

• Minimum 3 years dental front office experience (required)
• Fluent in Spanish (required)
• Strong note-taking and treatment plan coordination skills
• Dentrix Ascend experience is a big plus
• Professional, confident communicator
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
