Our private dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to join our amazing team! Must have prior experience in a dental office setting.

We're a patient-first private dental practice in Scottsdale. We believe going to the dentist should be a positive, comfortable experience, and that starts the moment a patient walks in the door or calls our office.

• Prior experience in a dental office setting
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency with dental practice management software
• Ability to multitask
• Reliability and punctuality are mandatory

• Greeting patients with a smile and managing the check-in and check-out process
• Answering and managing incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Verifying patient insurance coverage and eligibility
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Collecting payments and discussing financing options with patients confidently
• Maintaining social media presence
