Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Project Manager to support luxury residential development and renovation projects
. This role is ideal for a design professional who can manage projects from late conceptual design and site planning through construction documents, construction administration, and final project delivery.

The Architectural Project Manager will collaborate closely with leadership, design consultants, internal teams, and construction partners to ensure alignment on design intent, quality, budget, and schedule throughout the project lifecycle. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, functional, and visually refined residential environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce detailed construction documents including plans, sections, elevations, and specifications for construction execution
  • Develop and execute full design packages from late conceptual design through construction administration and project completion
  • Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, budgets, and schedules while maintaining original design intent
  • Monitor quality control to ensure construction progress aligns with approved design standards
  • Stay current with building materials, construction technologies, and design software
  • Develop bid scopes aligned with project budgets and overall business plans
  • Assist with budgeting, cost estimating, and value engineering while preserving the design vision
  • Create, update, and maintain project specification sheets
  • Obtain pricing and quotes from vendors and suppliers
  • Review and redline drawing packages for design intent and code compliance
  • Lead and participate in design meetings and manage all related project documentation
  • Manage construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and shop drawing reviews
  • Oversee installation and execution to ensure quality, craftsmanship, and adherence to design intent
  • Maintain organized project files including correspondence, schedules, drawings, and records
Education & Experience
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in architecture, development, or interior design environments with a focus on luxury residential projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Interior Architecture
    , or a related field
  • Architectural licensure preferred but not required
Skills & Requirements
  • High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Microsoft Office
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, industry standards, and technical systems
  • Proven experience producing and managing architectural drawing sets and construction documentation
  • Strong knowledge of zoning regulations, building codes, and accessibility requirements
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, fabricators, installers, and consultants
  • Strong space planning skills and design methodology knowledge
  • Advanced understanding of color theory, materials, and architectural aesthetics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
