Opportunity to advance into leadership. - Experience:
10+ years in U.S.
-based architectural design (hospitality, multifamily, or commercial). - Education:
U.S. Bachelor’s degree required.
- Lead & Mentor: Guide junior designers; ensure quality work and team growth.
- Own Projects: Manage multiple projects independently from design through CDs.
- Deliver Design: Lead projects through entitlements, resolve issues, support production.
- Client-Facing: Align goals, lead meetings, represent the firm with clients and agencies.
- Code & Approvals: Navigate zoning, codes, and entitlement processes; attend city meetings and site visits.
- Drive Innovation: Apply new tools, materials, and methods to improve design outcomes.
- Strong Communicator:
Clearly present design ideas and project updates to clients, consultants, and agencies. - Design Expertise:
Create cohesive, technically sound plans, elevations, sections, and specs. - Organized & Efficient:
Manage time well; deliver on schedule and on budget. - Tech
Skills:
Proficient in Revit.
Office based role with occasional site visits.
