We7re Hiring Interior Designer
Raegan Ford Design is a rapidly growing, national interior design firm dedicated to design excellence in Greek Housing. We are looking for a talented, energetic interior designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for an interior designer with a strong passion for FF&E and design curation. You will play a key role in supporting and leading projects through concept, design development, and installation.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work independently with guidance from the Principal Designer to develop design concepts, material selections, and overall design intent
- Develop floor plans and elevations in Auto CAD to support space planning and design intent
- Prepare detailed FF&E proposals aligned with project budgets and timelines
- Lead and support client installations, coordinating closely with the operations team to deliver a seamless project
- Maintain vendor relationships, request quotes, and manage specifications and procurement details
- Participate in client meetings and presentations alongside senior team members
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure projects stay on track and aligned with design goals
- Take initiative, problem-solve, and communicate proactively with team members and clients
Requirements and
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of industry experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (ability to work quickly and accurately on plans and elevations)
- Experience with FF&E design, sourcing, and specification
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Degree from an accredited interior design program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum travel, 4-6 projects per year
- In office position
