As the Quotation & Estimating Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our high-end architectural lighting projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Tracking and Prioritizing Workload
  :
  Keep quotation projects on schedule by managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Reviewing Architectural Drawings
  :
  Analyze drawings and specifications to develop accurate and complete lighting quotations.
• Collaborating with the Design Team
  :
  Work closely with our internal design team to ensure all specifications align with the design intent and provide valuable feedback between manufacturers and designers.
• Coordinating with Manufacturers and Reps
  :
  Gather precise product and pricing information to deliver top-notch quotations.
• Maintaining Organized Documentation
  :
  Keep clear records and project tracking for all jobs to ensure seamless execution.

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience
  : A minimum of 5 years in construction estimating, quotations, or project coordination (lighting or electrical experience preferred).
• Project Management Skills
  :
  The ability to handle multiple complex projects without compromising on detail.
• Communication Skills
  :
  Clear, professional communication with contractors, vendors, and team members.
• Organizational Excellence
  :
  Highly effective systems for tracking and prioritizing work.
• Technical Proficiency
  :
  Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam, and experience with Quick Books or similar systems.
