$100K Start Date Bonus! Work Life Balance Anesthesiologist Opportunity! Mid-Shift, 3 days per week! Valley Anesthesiology Consultants, an Envision Healthcare practice, is actively recruiting board-eligible/board-certified Anesthesiologists for a NEW mid-shift role at Honor Health Scottsdale Shea Medical Center. This position provides scheduling consistency and generous time off with competitive compensation.

Valley Anesthesia is the exclusive anesthesia group for the Honor Health Network. Valley Anesthesia has long been recognized for its commitment to the highest standards of care, serving patients throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, and other communities in Arizona since 1983.

• Three 12-hour 7a-7p weekday shifts per week
• Two 12-hour 7a-7p weekend shifts per month
• Two 12-hour 7a-7p holiday shifts per year (one in Summer and one in Winter)
• $425K annual salary
• 40 days PTO
• Benefits eligible W2 position with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, an enhanced 401k plan, and more
• Company-paid malpractice with tail coverage, state licensure, DEA, facility credentialing & dues, MOCA, ASA membership & AZSA membership
• Annual CME/business expense allowance
• Assigned to one facility
• No overnight call
