Position Overview

Valley Anesthesiology Consultants, an Envision Physician Services practice, is actively recruiting board‑eligible or board‑certified Anesthesiologists to join its exclusive Scottsdale Honor Health facility.

• Hybrid compensation model with guaranteed salary, after‑hours productivity, call/shift stipends; annual earning potential $700 k + $100 k start‑date bonus, longevity bonus.
• All practice expenses paid.

Hybrid compensation model that enables high earning potential—Guaranteed salary plus after‑hours productivity and call/shift stipends. Longevity bonus and annual earning potential of $700,000 plus a $100,000 start‑date bonus are available. All practice expenses are paid.

Anesthesia cases include but are not limited to General, ENT, Endo, Ortho, Neuro, Urology, Vascular, Plastics, GYN, and Cardiothoracic. The facility is an Accredited Chest Pain Center and Primary Stroke Center with an annual surgical volume of approximately 18,000 to 19,000 cases per year. Physicians may cross‑cover other Honor Health locations within the exclusive contract—including Deer Valley, Sonoran, Thompson Peak, Shea, and JCL NM—and plastic surgery centers in Scottsdale, providing consistent ASC exposure.

Physicians must be ABA Board Certified or certified within six years of training.
