Lead Preschool​/Pre-K Team Teaching Assistant

• Experience in a preschool or Pre‑K classroom is a big plus.

• Someone who sees each child as unique and approaches teaching with love and creativity.
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or actively working toward one) is preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience is awesome (but we’re open to training the right person!)
• Completed state-required pre‑service training (or ready to get it done!)
• Loves building strong connections with kids, families, and teammates
• Stays cool and professional, even when things get a little hectic
• Can lift up to 50 lbs (because sometimes little ones need extra help or snuggles!)
• Infant & Toddler teachers: able to safely lift babies in and out of cribs
• Must meet background check requirements

• 6 months experience in childcare, teaching or other related fields (desired)
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance card
