Traditional elementary schools reduce expectations when children face difficulty. Your instinct is the opposite. You understand that a six-year-old possesses far greater capacity than conventional classrooms demand, and you have validated this belief with evidence repeatedly.

Alpha operates on a two-hour learning framework. Academic content is delivered through adaptive apps during morning sessions, freeing the remainder of your time for the interventions that truly transform outcomes: motivation, life-skill development, coaching, and accountability. You directly oversee a cohort of K-3 learners while simultaneously coaching the Guides—Alpha's term for the adults who inspire and support students—who manage their day-to-day growth.

Your work remains hands‑on every day; you do not lead from a removed office.

A typical day alternates among three core activities. You analyze performance metrics and Coachbot analytics to identify which students and Guides require intervention. You conduct coaching sessions that equip individuals with concrete next actions rather than abstract encouragement. And you command the focus of a room filled with five- to nine-year-olds during workshops addressing public speaking, attention management, or feedback exchange.

When you identify effective approaches, you document them. The playbooks you create establish the benchmark every other Guide implements, expanding your influence from a single cohort to the entire grade level. Demonstrating your ability to replicate this excellence positions you for expanded leadership responsibility.

• Coaching both Guides and students through performance metrics, direct classroom observation, and targeted feedback, then enforcing accountability to quantifiable objectives
• Leading one-hour live workshops for K-3 learners on life competencies including public speaking, focus, teamwork, resilience, accountability, and feedback skills
• Conducting individual and small-group sessions that link each child's personal ambitions and interests to tangible academic achievement
• Developing and iterating on playbooks that codify your most effective methods into replicable frameworks other Guides can apply uniformly
• Training Guides on these playbooks and demonstrating exemplary facilitation so quality standards remain consistent as the team expands

• Providing academic instruction or delivering lectures from the front of a classroom; adaptive technology handles content delivery while you focus on coaching individuals
• Reducing expectations when students encounter challenges
• Managing from afar as instructional coaches and principals typically do; you remain actively embedded with your cohort every day
• Overseeing the entire campus budget, operations, and parent communication; a Campus Lead handles those responsibilities so you can concentrate on student and Guide performance
• Advocating for traditional pedagogical methods or adhering to a standard K-12 curriculum

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, Child Development, or a comparable discipline
• Minimum of 5 years working with elementary-aged children (approximately ages 5 to

• Demonstrated experience leading a team of 5 or more individuals, with decision-making authority over hiring and performance-based terminations
• Proven experience building, launching, or substantially scaling a program, team, school, or initiative from inception, rather than managing an established operation
