You know the trade, and want to teach it? Jenco is looking for a part-time Electrical Instructor to lead our in-house electrical apprenticeship program, various other trainings, and help shape the next generation of electricians.

This isn't a from-scratch curriculum build. We've already got the classes and labs designed - you'll step in to teach them, mentor, and put your own stamp on the material as you go.

• Lead classroom and hands-on lab sessions on electrical theory, code (NEC), safety, and trade skills
• Run our in-house apprenticeship classes on a set training schedule
• Track apprentice attendance, progress, and assessment scores
• Mentor apprentices and act as a go-to technical resource
• Update and expand existing course material as code, tech, and field needs evolve

• Part-time with some flexibility
• Set training calendar, so you can plan around it

• 10+ years of hands-on electrical construction experience
• Comfortable in front of a classroom - teaching, training, & mentoring experience is a big plus
• Strong grasp of the NEC and applicable state/local codes
• Commitment to safety
• Bonus: instructor certification
