• Addressing inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours through professional, clear, and mission-aligned messaging
• Coordinating and delivering admissions events, campus visits, and shadow day experiences from planning through follow-up communication
• Ensuring complete and precise applicant data across CRM systems and admissions tools
• Conducting family meetings to articulate Alpha's educational approach, respond to concerns, and document key information
• Partnering with campus and admissions teams to sustain an efficient and cohesive admissions process

• Rendering final admissions decisions or shaping enrollment policy
• Delivering instruction or managing curriculum development
• Applying aggressive sales techniques or templated messaging
• Functioning in a slow-paced or loosely defined work setting

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in admissions, enrollment, events, or related roles
• At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
• At least 1 year of experience working in a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated attention to data accuracy
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
• Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ
• Authorization to work in the United States

• Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
• Experience supporting admissions events or high-touch onboarding processes
• Comfort working in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
