This position places you at the center of each family's admissions experience—from initial outreach through final enrollment. You will manage day-to-day family communications, orchestrate impactful admissions events, and ensure applicant data integrity that supports sound decision-making.

What You Will Be Doing- Addressing inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours through professional, clear, and mission-aligned messaging
- Coordinating and delivering admissions events, campus visits, and shadow day experiences from planning through follow-up communication
- Ensuring complete and precise applicant data across CRM systems and admissions tools
- Conducting family meetings to articulate Alpha's educational approach, respond to concerns, and document key information
- Partnering with campus and admissions teams to sustain an efficient and cohesive admissions process
- Rendering final admissions decisions or shaping enrollment policy
- Delivering instruction or managing curriculum development
- Applying aggressive sales techniques or templated messaging
- Functioning in a slow-paced or loosely defined work setting
Key Responsibilities
Create a frictionless, high-yield admissions journey that converts early interest into committed enrollment, ensuring families feel well-informed, valued, and enthusiastic about joining Alpha.
Basic Requirements- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in admissions, enrollment, events, or related roles
- At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
- At least 1 year of experience working in a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated attention to data accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
- Experience supporting admissions events or high-touch onboarding processes
- Comfort working in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
