• Deliver engaging, high-impact classroom and hands-on instruction that prepares students for real-world success.
• Coach, mentor, and develop students both technically and professionally.

• Track student performance and implement strategies that drive measurable outcomes, retention, and licensure success.
• Provide consistent feedback, coaching, and support to help students reach their full potential.

• Licensed Esthetics Educator, must be currently licensed.
• Previous teaching, training, coaching, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of skincare, facial treatments, waxing, makeup, and advanced esthetic procedures.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and hold students accountable to high standards.
• Positive attitude, growth mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
