Orange Tree Staffing is seeking a bright and talented Special Education Teacher to Build and Inspire Growth by providing education-based services to students located in Salt River for the School Year!

REQUIREMENTS
  • Special Education Teaching Certification

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' learning needs and determine appropriate supports.
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based instructional plans tailored to each student's IEP goals.
  • Provide direct instruction and interventions to support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure accommodations and modifications are effectively integrated into classroom instruction.
  • Attend and actively contribute to IEP meetings, providing clear reports and updates on student progress.
  • Monitor student performance regularly, adjusting instructional strategies and supports as needed based on ongoing assessments and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including IEPs, lesson plans, progress reports, and assessment records.
  • Stay current with best practices, special education law, and instructional strategies through research and ongoing professional development.
