Crossover is seeking a 2nd Grade Teacher to work on-site at an Alpha campus in Austin, TX or Scottsdale, AZ. You will own a cohort of K-3 students, coach guides, and lead live workshops focused on life skills and public speaking.
You will drive results with performance data, build scalable playbooks, and mentor teams to sustain excellence as the program expands. Relocation support is provided.
