• Manage machine and system integration for Command for Hauling.
• Troubleshoot field issues and track resolution progress.
• Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI.
• Analyze system data to ensure accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system capabilities.
• Report on hardware/software performance and critical system failures.
• Mentor junior team members and train site staff.
• Present findings to customer maintenance and operations teams.

Technical Expertise in mining technology, mechanical/electrical systems, and machine control systems.

Field Support Experience in post‑sales hardware maintenance and troubleshooting, with a strong focus on product support. Skilled in working with dealers to resolve technical issues and ensure effective maintenance.

Problem‑Solving Mindset to identify root causes and drive solutions.

Communication & Collaboration Skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and customers.

Analytical Skills
:
Proven experience in building and maintaining dashboards using tools like Power BI to enhance visibility and support data‑driven decision‑making.

Top Candidates will also have:

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mining Engineering.
• Experience with Mine Star systems and autonomous mining technology.
• Hands‑on experience in a mine‑site or camp environment.
• Self‑starter with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

This role is a customer site‑based position at Asarco Ray Mine located in Kearny, AZ. Company housing is not provided. However, we do offer shuttle transportation with pick‑up locations available in Mesa, AZ and Tucson, AZ.

Mine Star Onboard Specialists work a 7x7‑off day shift roster. This position requires working 12‑hour shifts in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. If your scheduled shift falls on a federal holiday, you will be required to work that day.
