Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Digital Hardware Design Engineer with strong FPGA and board‑level design experience to support development of advanced electronic systems. This is a hands‑on role with opportunities to contribute across architecture, implementation, and system integration.
Responsibilities- Design and develop digital hardware systems and subsystems
- Work with FPGA, SoC, and embedded hardware architectures
- Perform schematic capture and multi‑layer PCB design
- Analyze signal integrity, timing, and high‑speed interfaces
- Collaborate across cross‑functional engineering teams
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of digital hardware design experience (or MS + 6 years)
- Experience with FPGA or SoC‑based systems
- Experience with schematic capture and board‑level design
- Experience designing multi‑layer PCBs (controlled impedance, microvias)
- Ability to work independently and lead technical efforts
- Experience with Mentor Graphics or similar design tools
- Experience with signal integrity, worst‑case, or stress analysis
