• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, or related technical field
• 8+ years of software engineering, modem engineering, or related technical experience
• OR Master’s degree plus 6+ years of related experience
• 5+ years of experience with software development using C++ and/or C
• 3+ years of experience working in Linux‑based development environments
• 3+ years of experience supporting communication protocols, network systems, or software‑defined modem technologies
• 2+ years of experience supporting Dev Sec Ops , cloud, or AWS‑based environments
• 3+ years of experience performing software integration, testing, and troubleshooting activities

• Experience leading or contributing to large‑scale technical programs and cross‑functional engineering efforts
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, methodologies, and technical standards
• Ability to independently solve complex technical challenges and define solution approaches
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical teams
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading software development lifecycle activities
• Interest in applying AI technologies for innovation and process improvement
