- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams when needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, or related technical field
- 8+ years of software engineering, modem engineering, or related technical experience
- OR Master’s degree plus 6+ years of related experience
- 5+ years of experience with software development using C++ and/or C
- 3+ years of experience working in Linux‑based development environments
- 3+ years of experience supporting communication protocols, network systems, or software‑defined modem technologies
- 2+ years of experience supporting Dev Sec Ops , cloud, or AWS‑based environments
- 3+ years of experience performing software integration, testing, and troubleshooting activities
- Experience leading or contributing to large‑scale technical programs and cross‑functional engineering efforts
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, methodologies, and technical standards
- Ability to independently solve complex technical challenges and define solution approaches
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical teams
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading software development lifecycle activities
- Interest in applying AI technologies for innovation and process improvement
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and drug screen

- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Flexible 9/80 work schedule available
- Overtime may be required based on program demand
