Staffing Pros, a division of VETS Inc., has an opening with our client for a Field Service Engineer to support a large transit operations environment, providing IT support for their employees onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.

• High-volume desktop support and troubleshooting
• Ticket management and inventory tracking
• Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Conference room and AV support
• Cisco-related support tasks
• Participation in special IT projects

• Large campus with two buildings; role involves considerable walking between locations
• Well-documented processes and procedures
• Team-oriented environment

• Standard schedule of either 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Site operates 24/7, so some flexibility is required
• Participation in an on-call rotation shared between two team members
• Typically a few hours of after-hours/weekend support per two-week pay period (2 weeks on and 2 weeks off)
