Overview
This position is for an Electrical Engineer II with at least 2 years of professional experience working in hands‑on multidisciplinary teams. The role is 100% onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Responsibilities- Design, develop, and integrate test products within the Test Equipment Directorate.
- Develop both engineering and production test systems, interface adapters, cabling, technical drawings, schematic creation, and circuit design and analysis.
- Contribute to all stages of test product development and manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of assigned projects.
- Act as part of a team or independently to uncover and resolve issues related to development and implementation of test products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience or an advanced degree.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
- Experience with electrical engineering troubleshooting, analysis, and test.
- Proficiency with electrical engineering design and analysis tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic.
- Experience with test equipment including oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power meters.
- Experience with schematic capture tools and interpreting schematics.
- Master of Science degree in STEM; ABET accreditation preferred.
- Technical leadership experience in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Experience in analog, digital, RF design and in designing, testing, and integrating digital, mixed‑signal, and electrical system interconnects.
- Knowledge of integrated development environments, debugging tools, and software troubleshooting.
- Self‑starter with workload management and deadline met.
- Teamwork, technical writing, formal presentation, and project management experience.
- Bid and proposal experience; knowledge of computer architecture and hardware optimization.
- Programming language development and implementation experience.
- Experience with RTX projects, programs, or systems.
- Root‑cause analysis and UUT configuration skills.
Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 per year.
