The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead DOT-focused Heavy Civil projects with an emphasis on bridge structures, structural concrete, and complex infrastructure work in Superior, Arizona. This role is responsible for overall project leadership, financial performance, construction execution, and team development from preconstruction through project closeout.

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience with significant bridge and heavy structures experience required
- Experience managing DOT transportation projects and complex Heavy Civil infrastructure projects
- Design-Build experience is a plus
- Proven experience with project budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
- Ability to effectively lead project teams and communicate with all levels of stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments and provide strong leadership under pressure
- Experience managing self‑perform operations involving structures, concrete, earthwork, utilities, and transportation infrastructure preferred
- Lead bridge and heavy civil projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Maintain full P&L responsibility for assigned projects
- Ensure compliance with company safety and quality programs
- Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, and material suppliers
- Manage all project correspondence with owners, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Review and approve project payables, payment applications, and invoices
- Prepare and negotiate change orders and claims
- Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and monthly cost reports
- Coordinate project needs between superintendents, project engineers, field engineers, and support teams
- Negotiate with owners and subcontractors on project-specific matters
- Provide regular progress reporting to leadership
- Mentor and develop project staff and emerging leaders
- Lead successful project closeout activities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, suppliers, and industry partners
- Assist with estimating and preconstruction activities as needed
