Integration & Test Engineer needed:
Scottsdale, AZ. We have an opening with a great client of ours and we are looking for an Integration & Test Engineer to work in Scottsdale, AZ.
This is a long‑term contract position, and you must be a US Citizen to apply.
Required:
US Citizenship and Residency, W2 hourly Contract Only, No 1099, No third parties, no C2C. No exceptions. Pay: $40 to $44/hr.
As an Integration & Test Engineer for Tactical Communications, you’ll be a member of a cross‑functional team responsible for providing rapid prototype mission‑critical solutions to our customer community.
Key Responsibilities- Generation of system test work products by applying the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools.
- Development of test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products.
- Development of functional, environmental, operational, and/or performance tests on hardware, software, and systems.
- Design, development, and implementation of cost‑effective methods of testing and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and systems for all phases of product development.
- Design comprehensive test plans that cover all aspects of product functionality.
- Support automated test scripts using Python 3.9+ following GDMS coding standards.
- Implement robust verification and validation methodologies.
- Participate in integration activities between hardware, firmware, and software teams.
- Establish integration procedures that ensure smooth component interaction.
- Support AGILE implementation.
- Create detailed test documentation including test plans, procedures, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records of test activities and results.

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a related specialized area or field (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree.
- Experience with test equipment (signal analyzer, signal generator, USRP).
- Solid knowledge in use and understanding of test engineering concepts, principles, and theories.
- Solid knowledge and experience with object‑oriented programming, system processes and scripting languages.
- Openly proposes ideas that enhance productivity and efficiency, solicits input, and optimizes solutions.
- Dedicated problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success, meeting and exceeding personal and team commitments.
