Senior Civil Designer

One of our civil engineering firms is looking to hire a Senior Civil Designer for their Arizona market.

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• Certification in CAD software and specific Civil 3D platform
• 5-10 years’ experience related to specific CAD and Civil 3D software required, with at least 5 years’ experience in detailed land development engineering
• Must have 3-5 years of residential experience within land development
• Ability to train and mentor CAD Drafters/Technicians and Engineering Interns
• Ability to coordinate and lead multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously to make decisions with an understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve successful results and deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a multidisciplinary team with input and support from the Manager(s)
• Thorough knowledge and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft office platforms
