CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS

Must currently hold an active Department of Defense Secret security clearance to be eligible for consideration. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

As a Lead Hardware Engineer for the Space, Cyber, and Intelligence business area, you’ll lead a cross functional team responsible for Crypto & Cross Domain Solution products, with an emphasis in leading hardware development efforts for the Data at Rest (DAR) technology area.

• Expert level understanding of electrical engineering computer-aided design (CAD) tools and mixed Signal circuit analysis/design
• Ahead of technology trends with Research & Development (R&D) experience, as well as advanced proficiency in test, troubleshooting, and analyzing circuit card schematics
• Motivated to drive innovation around design architectures, assembly, component selection, and electronics design
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with demonstrated success leading design teams for complex projects

This position is fully on-site with some limited ability to Flex from home. While on-site, you will be a part of the software team in the Scottsdale, AZ facility.
