• Work on site/civil engineering and land development projects.
• Actively participate in the growth of the firm.
• Demonstrate technical excellence in engineering principles and practices.
• Design potable water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway design, and related land development projects.
• Take projects from entitlements through to construction, ensuring successful project execution and coordinating various aspects of project development.
• Process and manage permitting entitlements across governmental agencies efficiently.
• Implement complex permitting strategies to meet project schedules, ranging from large-scale developments to compact commercial infills.
• Actively participate in marketing efforts to enhance the company profile and foster relationships with clients and government agencies.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET-accredited university.
• 4+ years of Civil Land Development experience.
• PE licensure required.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD preferred.

Pay Range: $100,000 — $130,000 USD.
