Product Engineering Position
The Product Engineering position is a central role in the development of new products within the Automotive Sensor Product Line.
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Executing characterization plans and report findings.
- Create and execute qualification plans including test definitions, pre and post stress data analysis and final reporting of results.
- Bench validation of key product requirements. This may include hardware and software design, correlation with ATE data, etc.
- Interfacing with manufacturing site to ramp the product into high volume manufacturing.
- Interface with assembly for product BOMs and building samples.
This role will be based out of ST's office in Chandler AZ.
Your skills and experiences:
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering is preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in a lab, product testing, and/or product development in a semiconductor environment.
- Knowledge of JMP, excel, office suite, Lab View, python.
- Ability to communicate with a cross functional team including the design, quality, test, and manufacturing engineering teams.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
- English business proficiency.
At STMicroelectronics, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
The base annual salary range for this role is between $91,500 to $114,400 USD.
