We are seeking a Senior Digital Hardware Designer to join a high-performing engineering team focused on developing advanced electronic systems and technologies. • Design, develop, test, and support advanced digital hardware systems and electronic equipment.
• Create and maintain complex schematics and printed circuit board (PCB) designs.
• Develop multilayer PCB layouts incorporating controlled impedance routing and blind micro-via technologies.
• Analyze and troubleshoot signal integrity, crosstalk, and high-speed digital circuit performance.
• Support the design and integration of processors, microcontrollers, FPGAs, and System-on-Chip (SoC) technologies.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to less experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving customer requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to future technology development efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• Min 8 years of digital hardware design experience; or Master's degree with Min 6 years of digital hardware design experience, along with the following:
• Experience with schematic capture and electronic hardware development.
• Experience designing multilayer printed circuit boards with controlled impedance requirements.
• Experience performing signal integrity analysis, crosstalk analysis, and hardware verification.
• Experience working with microprocessors, microcontrollers, FPGAs, and SoC architectures.
• Experience troubleshooting and validating complex digital hardware designs.

• Experience using Mentor Graphics or similar advanced PCB design tools.
• High-reliability electronics, aerospace, defense, or space-program experience.
• Experience performing worst-case analysis and stress analysis.
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
