Prepare site development plans and engineering designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management. Support feasibility studies, technical reports, construction drawings, permitting, and coordination with clients, agencies, and project teams.
Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline and at least two years of experience in civil site design or land development. Candidates should have working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, relevant development project experience, strong analytical and organizational abilities, and effective communication and teamwork skills.
