Host, Entertainment & Gaming, Customer Service Rep

• Enthusiastically engage with guests upon arrival and graciously thank them for dining as they leave
• Ability to adapt to meet the changing needs of the restaurant and its guests
• Maintain a high-level of professionalism and community
• Be considerate and willing to help out fellow teammates
• Use critical thinking to handle difficult guest situations
• Manage reservations and walk-ins in the reservation system
• Identify investors and restaurant VIPs and notify their server
• Other tasks as assigned

• An excellent service attitude and willingness to go out of your way to accommodate guests
• Experience using booking software a plus (Sevenrooms is a bonus!)
• Ability to excel and remain composed in high-pressure, high-intensity environments
• Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual
• Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service
• Flexible hours are required (must be able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays)
• Confident and takes pride in personal style and appearance
• Must be able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail

This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
