Reporting to the center’s General Manager, the Event Operations Manager is a great opportunity for someone with exceptional organizational skills and amazing people skills to match.

You’re an event professional who knows that the secret to every great party is a room full of satisfied guests. Your guest service radar is finely tuned and you impart that mindset to all of the event hosts whom you manage. You have experience leading a team and knowledge of the hospitality industry and event planning/execution. You’re also a rock-solid communicator whose interpersonal skills are second to none.

And since events aren’t always 9 to 5, you’re flexible to work a variety of shifts, from weekends and holidays to extended workdays.

• 1 Year+ of Management Experience
• 2+ Years Banquet Captain
• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of F&B and Hospitality Industry
• Broad Knowledge of/Experience in Event Planning and Execution
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software preferred
• Knowledge of POS register systems

• Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
